The Ministry of Digital Development has developed a project to create a state system "National Certification Center" for issuing Russian security certificates, writes RBC. The platform will ensure the issuance of certificates to websites, software and secure interaction in corporate networks. If the document is approved, the decision will enter into force on March 1, 2027 and access to open information from the registry of issued certificates will be free.
