The Ministry for Digital Development has launched a service on a Gosological portal to change a cellular operator while keeping the number without visiting a telecommunications store, writes Izvastia. The application is automatically sent to an independent database operator of ported numbers for verification, after which the subscriber can select a tariff and sign an agreement remotely, including through the Goskeluch application. The previous methods of switching to another provider through a website or office are retained.
