Presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov, in a note to TASs, confirmed the participation of the Russian delegation in tripartite negotiations with the United States and Ukraine, which will be held in Abu Dhabi on November 10-11. According to him, presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky will remain the chief negotiator from Russia at the meeting.
