The Russian government has approved capital construction in flood and flood zones until 2030, Kommersant writes. The establishment of new facilities will only be possible if there is a positive opinion of an expert and design solutions for protection against engineering flooding. At the same time, private individuals will be able to complete construction and registration of individual houses only, provided that the notification of the start of the works was submitted before August 4, 2026.
