The official representative of the Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan, Asel Serikpayeva, announced a temporary shutdown of oil pumping through the Atyrau-Samara main oil pipeline on November 2, Interfax-Kazakhstan reports. According to the agency, the reason for the stop was a UAV attack.
