The average maximum interest rate on deposits in the ten largest banks in Russia in the third ten days of October increased by 0.03 percentage points, to 13.09% annually, reports the Central Bank of Russia. The trend of rising yields continues since the first ten days of July - during this period the index added 0.33 percentage points. At the end of October, the rates increased for all the examined dates and reached a maximum of 12.91% per year for deposits from three to six months.
