The RSPP business environment index rose to 44.3 points in October, Kommersant writes. The positive dynamics was mainly ensured by the logistics index, which added 6.6 points and reached 48.5 points. The B2B and B2G indices also improved, amounting to 46.8 and 49.2 points, respectively. At the same time, estimates of fulfillment of obligations by parties against the companies themselves remain significantly below the limit of 39 points.
