A group of deputies submitted to the State Duma a bill that establishes the minimum wage for workers in education, health and culture at a level that is not lower than 150% of the average for the corresponding region. As Izvestia writes, the initiative also includes determining the share of the base salary at a level of at least 70% in the structure of total profits. The offered guarantees apply only to employees of state and municipal institutions, subject to full monthly work standards.
