China's private sector manufacturing index (PMI) stood at 52.0 points in October, showing growth for the eleventh month in a row, the Wall Street Journal writes. According to S&P Global, the indicator was supported by the flow of new export orders, and production volumes expanded at the fastest pace in six months. The official production index in the country, however, dropped last month from 50.1 to 49.3 points.
