The Federal Court Service introduces a system for automatic collection of traffic police fines in the amount of up to 3,000 rubles, writes Rossiyskaya Gazeta. The centralized procedure will allow the deletion of funds from the bank accounts of violators without starting enforcement procedures. At the same time, arbitrators will not be able to seize property, including cars, as part of the simple procedure.
