One of the largest law firms on Wall Street, Leviathan, Gotschel & Takhal, will close after 95 years of work due to the departure of leading partners, writes the Financial Times. The company, with annual revenues of 2 billion dollars and a team of 1,200 lawyers, will vote in the coming days on the official liquidation of the business. Instead of bankruptcy, the office will establish a special committee and bring restructuring experts to complete current affairs and settle liabilities.
