Chinese electric car maker BYD increased sales by 11% year-on-year in October, selling 490,168 vehicles. The company's exports rose 102.8% to 170,194 units, Reuters reported. The automaker is actively increasing foreign sales to compensate for weak demand and intense price competition in the domestic market.
