Russia and Azerbaijan have signed a plan to build and modernize armored vehicle repair facilities for the Azerbaijani army, Interfax reports. According to the Director of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Shugayev, Moscow offers partners not only the supply of finished products, but also participation in military-technological projects.
