Czech billionaire Michal Sternad has offered 30 billion euros to buy Delphi Holdings, which owns a large stake in Ray-Ban eyewear maker EssilorLuxottica, Bloomberg reports. The offer comes amid a protracted dispute between the heirs of the holdings' founder, Leonardo del Vecchio, who cannot agree on the allocation of assets and business management. Amid reports of a possible deal, shares of EssilorLuxottica rose more than 3%.
