According to RIA Novosti, the number of cybercrimes in Russia in the first half of 2026 decreased by 30%. The Ministry of Digital Services links such dynamics with the introduction of a package of anti-hate "anti-Floyd" measures. At the same time, the Ministry of the Interior published the main signs of fake shops on the Internet: low prices, lack of contact details of the seller, inability to issue a courier delivery and demands to make an advance payment for the services of the transport company.
