Russia and India have stopped preparing an agreement on visa-free travel for organized tourist groups, Izvestia writes. According to the head of the consular department of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Alexey Klimov, the refusal to work on the document is due to the fact that Indian partners have not previously practiced concluding such international treaties. At the same time, the Russian Foreign Ministry continues negotiations on the introduction of a visa-free regime with Bahrain and Kuwait.
