Telecom operators and banks agreed to postpone until November 13 the blocking of incoming calls from financial institutions without special markings, Forbes Russia writes with reference to the Ministry of Digital Development. Previously, the operators planned to stop missing such calls starting on October 15, but the department asked to postpone the introduction of the restrictions.
