The Prosecutor General of Slovakia, Marus Zilinka, has ordered the resumption of the investigation into the transfer of 13 MiG-29 aircraft and air defense systems of Kob to Ukraine, writes RBC. According to him, the previous decision to close the case was made prematurely, and the factual circumstances were not fully proven. Criminal proceedings are being conducted under the articles of breach of duty when managing someone else's property and abuse of power by officials who approved the supply of military equipment in 2023.
