Chinese authorities have introduced 16 new measures to simplify the work of foreign businesses at the Hainan Free Trade Port, Xinhua reports. Foreign companies will be allowed to use the terminals to receive liquefied natural gas and import procedures for refurbished goods will be simplified. Also, foreign doctors with a foreign license will have the right to provide medical services on the island for up to three years, with the possibility of extension.
