Bangladesh is preparing to sign new contracts to buy U.S. crude natural gas amid fuel shortages due to disruptions by Qatar, Bloomberg reports. The US estimates that the size of Bangladesh's LNG market could reach $10 billion next year and grow to $30 billion by 2050. American energy companies Chevron and GE Vernova are also showing interest in expanding their business in the South Asian country.
