The Bank of Russia does not set the task of massively attracting citizens to invest in cryptocurrencies, TASS reports. According to Kirill Pronin, director of the financial market infrastructure department at the central bank, the regulator's goal is to create transparent conditions for the legal operation of the services, and not to extend them to all customers. The law on the circulation of digital currencies in the Russian Federation entered into force on September 1, after which the central bank included the first digital repositories and crypto exchangers in the registry, including the structures of Sberbank, VTB and T-Technologies.
