The Ministry of Digital Development is examining the possibility of blocking at the level of telecom operators all SIM cards issued to fraudsters, reports TASS. According to the head of the department, Maksut Shadev, who spoke at the Kazan Digital Week forum, the move will affect users whose accounts were previously blocked due to suspicious activity on the Max Messenger.
