Against the background of the sanctions, Russian companies are interested in transferring part of their production to African countries, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at the Russia-Africa summit. According to him, the local businesses invest in the development of local economies, transfer technology and create new jobs, cooperate with partners on equal principles and without the use of colonial practices, reports an expert magazine.
