From August to October, the Investigative Committee arrested teenagers in several regions of Russia who set fire to infrastructure and police vehicles at the behest of Ukraine's special services, RBC reports. According to the department, young people were recruited through the "Davinchik" dating chatbot on Telegram through fraud, threats and blackmail. All defendants are charged with committing a terrorist act under Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
