The Ministry of Health has developed a draft program of state guarantees for free medical care for the years 2027-2029, Izbastia writes. The document proposes to include 33 new high-tech treatment methods, including bone marrow transplantation, treatment of congenital heart defects and the use of an mRNA vaccine to treat metastatic colon cancer.
