The volume of funds of individuals on time deposits in Russian banks at the end of September decreased by 85.9 billion rubles, Kommersant writes. The disbursement slowed down compared to the previous month, when some of the funds flowed into savings accounts. Against the background of competition for depositors, credit institutions are in no rush to raise rates massively, and limit themselves to targeted offers with additional conditions to maintain margins.
