Pensioners who will receive payments from the 1st to the 10th of each month will receive two allowances in December - the regular one for the current month and an early one for January 2027, TASS reports citing Deputy State Duma, Eleonora Kousher. The payment for the month of January will be received without traditional linkage to the index, since next year the planned increase in insurance allowances will be carried out in two stages: by 6.8% in February and 3.3% in April.
