Bloomberg: A group of banks led by Morgan Stanley rejected a $5-7 billion bond offering to refinance a loan to build a data center in Texas. The project, with a total funding of 15 billion dollars, is intended for the artificial intelligence company Anthropic. The decision comes after state authorities imposed a moratorium on new projects to assess their impact on the local power grid.
