According to the Rostat report, the average pension in Russia in September 2026 was 25,469 rubles, an increase of 8.3% compared to the same period last year. Earlier, the head of the Ministry of Digital Development, Maksut Shadayev, said that the Russian postal fee for the delivery of payments in 2027 will increase to 1.5%. According to the minister, the rate increase will be paid in full by the social fund, so that the recipients will not face additional costs.
