The head of the Ministry of Digital Development, Maksut Shadev, announced Russia's willingness to completely open the source code of its social networks, instant messages and video services. As TASS reports, a similar approach is planned to be applied to artificial intelligence. According to the minister, Moscow is ready to adapt basic AI models to the legislation and cultural details of other countries in order to offer an alternative to Western IT solutions provided as a "black box".
