The Ministry of Finance submitted to the government the candidacy of Pavel Kaduchnikov for the position of First Deputy Minister, the head of the department Anton Siluanov told Interfax. In his new position, he will supervise budgetary and extra-budgetary relations. The position became vacant after the appointment of Irina Okladnikova as Deputy Prime Minister and Chief of Staff of the Government.
