UBS analysts raised their forecast for the price of Brent oil to $110 a barrel by the end of 2026 from a previous estimate of $100, Reuters reports. The revision of expectations is related to ongoing geopolitical tensions in the Middle East and risks of supply disruptions. According to the bank, the quotes are also supported by rising insurance and logistics costs against a record number of attacks on ships in the Strait of Hormuz.
