According to the management of Sberbank, at the December meeting the central bank may maintain the key interest rate at 14% or lower it by 25 basis points, reports Interfax. The credit institution states that the regulator has taken a break in the easing cycle due to high inflation expectations and retirement from production capacity, but the likelihood of lowering the interest rate remains significant. In October, the Central Bank of Russia left the indicator unchanged for the second meeting in a row.
