The revenues from chip equipment manufacturer ASMPT Ltd. In the third quarter, they grew by 49% to 5.25 billion Hong Kong dollars ($669 million), amid strong demand for artificial intelligence hardware. In the fourth quarter, the company expects revenues in the range of 670-730 million dollars, and also plans to sell its SMT solutions division, whose value may be estimated at 1.5 billion dollars, reports Bloomberg.
