The State Duma Committee on Budget and Taxes supported a government law to index tax penalties on cumulative inflation, writes RBC. At the same time, the deputies noted the lack of a unified approach: for example, three sanctions were proposed for violating the registration conditions, and for not submitting a statement - 2.6 times. The committee also warned against the risks of double punishment for companies and demanded additional justification for increasing fines in the area of controlled transactions.
