The investment company Ani in Square Capital is in talks to buy the aircraft components manufacturer Orizon Aerostructures for about 2 billion dollars, reports Bloomberg. The deal is expected to be announced this week. Orizon is a key supplier of parts for the F-35 fighter jet and the Boeing 737 Max. The purchase will be one of the fund's first investments in the defense industry amid a global shortage of production capacity.
