Prime Minister Mikhail Meshustin signed a decree limiting access to information about oil and oil products, writes RBC. The step was taken following the September presidential order on the closure of detailed information on the work of the Russian fuel and energy complex. The ban on publication includes data on exports, logistics routes, prices, counterparties, exchange contracts and quantities of raw materials processed in local refineries.
