The State Duma adopted in the first reading a bill on fines for disobeying the decisions of the Regional Executive Headquarters, Kommersant writes. For citizens, the penalty will be from 3,000 to 5,000 rubles, for officials - from 30,000 to 50,000 rubles. Legal entities face a fine of 300 thousand to one million rubles with a possible suspension of activity for up to 90 days. The Ministry of Justice expects that the new sanctions will ensure the implementation of the decisions to respond to the security threats.
