The State Duma adopted a law regulating the attractions market, the volume of which in 2025 is estimated at 46 billion rubles. As Kommersant writes, the document requires the owner to register equipment before use and perform technical inspections at least once a year. The operation of devices with an expired service life is prohibited, regardless of their technical condition. The inspection rules will be determined by the government, and the supervision of their compliance is delegated to the heads of the regions.
