The $25 billion meta-stock offering (known as extreme in the Russian Federation) was oversubscribed five times, Bloomberg reports. About 70% of the volume was purchased by 15 large investors. The company will use the funds raised as part of the financing program that was expanded to 98 billion dollars for the development of artificial intelligence infrastructure and the development of personal AI agents.
