On November 30, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation will consider Rosnano's complaint against Pharmasyntez's deal to sell the Estonian pharmaceutical manufacturer Kevelt for 224.8 thousand euros, Kommersant writes. The buyer of the property in September 2024 was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pharmasyntez, Dmitry Genkin. The plaintiff, who then owned 25% of the company's shares, disputes the value of the property and claims that the sale decision did not receive the necessary votes of the board of directors.
