The State Duma adopted in first reading a bill simplifying the criminal prosecution of illegal moneylenders, Frank Media reports. Now, in order to initiate a case for the illegal issuance of loans in the amount exceeding 3.5 million rubles, it will not be necessary to first bring the violator to administrative responsibility.
