The median cost of a parking space in Russia increased by 22.6% during the year and reached 1.8 million rubles, writes RBC. Among cities with a population of over a million, the most expensive properties are located in Moscow (2.7 million rubles), and the cheapest are in Krasnodar (800 thousand rubles). The total volume of supply in the major cities increased by 20.2%, with 75.3% of the parking spaces offered for sale in underground parking lots.
