The department promised that all obligations towards the citizens will be fulfilled in full as soon as the funding becomes available. Earlier, on October 21, the regional deputies adjusted the regional budget for the current year, reducing revenues by 1.6 billion rubles, to 260.9 billion rubles, and expenses by 3.8 billion rubles, to 286.6 billion rubles.
