Sberbank plans to file for bankruptcy for the manufacturer of healthy food products Diadar (brands Bona Vita and Ego), writes Yed. The bank acts as one of the company's creditors: it holds the manufacturer's property and intellectual property as collateral. The request card also mentions Alfa Bank, PSB and several other counterparties.
