The Ministry of Digital Development has warned of possible shutdowns of mobile Internet in Moscow within the third transport ring between October 27 and 29, RBC reports. Restrictions may be in effect on October 27 and 28 from 11:30am and on October 29 from 9:30am throughout the day. According to the department's press service, the move is related to ensuring security during the summits of the Forum of Gas Exporting Countries and Russia-Africa.
