A court in the United Arab Emirates has frozen assets worth more than $700 million related to the sale of Russian energy resources as part of proceedings between Rosneft's former chief executive Igor Soglaev and sanctioned oil traders, the Wall Street Journal writes. The dispute arose due to an interruption in the supply of Russian diesel fuel to Brazil. Suglaev blames former partners from the Coral chain for destroying his business and demands compensation for losses in the amount of more than 500 million dollars.
