As noted in the industry, reducing the surplus of wagons and the appearance of a local shortage, which pushes up the rates, are not accompanied by an increase in the freight base. In this context, market participants need to increase the efficiency of the existing fleet by reducing downtime, stimulating full load, reducing repair costs and leveling the playing field with motor vehicles.
