Indonesia is facing a huge shortage of motor fuel, prompting Bali to introduce a sales rationing system, Bloomberg reports. The government subsidies for fuel will reach 24 billion dollars this year, but the basic gasoline stock in the country has decreased to 16-18 days of consumption. Fuel shortages were recorded in six out of 38 provinces, which exacerbated the budget deficit problems and slowed the country's transition to electric vehicles.
