The number of victims of a missile strike by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on a factory in Oryol has increased to 19 people, Kommersant writes, citing regional governor Andriy Klitschkov. Seven people are being treated in hospitals, another is listed as missing - the rescue forces are looking for him under the rubble. Earlier it was reported that four people died as a result of the attack.
